UPSTATE BASS ANGLERS 1998-1999 Upstate Bass Anglers is based in the Charlotte N.C. Rock Hill S.C. area.The club was started in Feb. 1998 and is a member of the B.A.S.S. National Federation.We are currently trying to become S.C. State Federated.We fish area lakes in North and South Carolina.
